GENERAL SERVICING  
   What's included.. 

• Remove and clean filters.

• Check fan wheels / blades are clean and balanced. 

• Check drain pans are clean and drain flows freely

• Check all electrical components of the unit. 

• Check indoor and outdoor coils.

• Check pipe and drain insulation.

• Check correct operating pressures and temps.

• Check isolator. 

• Check all covers. 

 

    STRIP & CLEAN 

    What's included.. 

• Strip down unit. 

• Remove parts and carry out high pressure
  cleaning with solution.  

• Re-assemble unit. 
  
  Strip and cleaning is great for units with
  mould / dirt  build up.
